Singapore sling
- 30 Ml Gin
- 15 Ml Cherry liqueur
- 7½ Ml Cointreau
- 7½ Ml DOM Bénédictine
- 120 Ml Pineapple juice
- 15 Ml Lime juice
- 10 Ml Grenadine
- 1 Dash Angostura bitters
- 1 Whole Cherry
- 1 Slice Pineapple
Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into Hurricane glass. Garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherry.
