Penicillin
- 60 Ml Blended Scotch whiskey
- 7½ Ml Islay single malt scotch
- 22½ Ml Lemon juice
- 22½ Ml Honey syrup
- 3 Slice Ginger
- 1 Whole Candied ginger
Muddle fresh ginger in a shaker and add the remaining ingredients, except for the Islay single malt whiskey. Fill the shaker with ice and shake. Double-strain into a chilled old fashioned glass with ice. Float the single malt whisky on top. Garnish with a candied ginger.
