French martini

Cocktail glassServed in a Cocktail glass

The French Martini, despite the name, doesn't have any ingredients in common with the drink we call a Martini, or with Martini variants like the Vodka Martini.

Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Squeeze oil from Lemon peel onto the drink.
